Dr. Soumya Gopinadh is a young skilled Oral Physician and Maxillofacial Radiologist with experience across academic, clinical, and diagnostic domains. Her professional journey reflects a deep commitment to comprehensive oral care, radiographic excellence, and student mentorship.
During her tenure as Senior and Junior Resident at Government Dental Colleges in Alappuzha and Kottayam, Dr. Soumya played an instrumental role in supervising undergraduate students, delivering academic lectures, and managing a diverse range of oral pathologies including premalignant lesions, salivary gland disorders, and temporomandibular joint disorders.
She has extensive experience in CBCT reporting, intraoral and extraoral radiographic interpretation, and has also handled minor surgical procedures including biopsies and laser treatments for oral lesions. Her advanced clinical training includes postings in ENT, Dermatology, General Medicine, General Surgery, and Radiation Oncology at Government Medical College Kottayam and RCC Trivandrum.
A passionate academician and researcher, Dr. Soumya has presented scientific papers and posters at multiple national and state-level conferences. She has authored case reports in peer-reviewed journals and continues to contribute actively to dental literature.
Her areas of interest include orofacial pain management, radiodiagnosis, and oral precancer detection, and she remains committed to continuing education through various national-level webinars and workshops.
